Life at Valley of Miracles Academy
Faith, learning, play and friendship. Every day at the valley is shaped by Christian values and by a community that looks after its own.
Faith woven into every day
Prayer, worship and scripture are part of the rhythm of the day. Children learn Bible stories, pray together, and grow into the values we talk about: discipline, integrity, compassion, responsibility and respect.
Faith here is not a lesson to memorise. It is something to live. Children are encouraged to be kind to each other, to serve their community, and to trust God with what comes next.
Growing in every direction
School life runs well past the classroom, into the arts, sport, service and friendship.
Music & singing
Choirs, praise and worship, and the confidence that comes from singing in front of people.
Sport & play
Games, athletics and active play that build healthy bodies and teach fair play.
Drama & storytelling
Assembly presentations, role play and storytelling that grow confidence and imagination.
Character & service
Classroom duties, helping hands and service projects that turn compassion into habit.
Leadership & responsibility
Prefect duties, class responsibilities and mentoring that prepare children to lead well.
Nature & discovery
Gardening, nature walks and time spent outdoors in God's creation.
A caring environment, close to home
Because the school sits close to the communities it serves, children travel less and arrive more consistently, and parents and guardians can stay properly involved.
Teachers know each child by name. Children get academic, emotional and personal support here, and everyone in the valley understands what families are really dealing with.
- Safe, supervised play and movement between activities
- Positive, consistent discipline rooted in Christian values
- Strong communication between parents and school, in both directions
- A community that celebrates effort, growth and character
Field trips & outings
Planned educational outings that connect what happens in class to the world outside it.
Community partnerships
Churches, businesses and neighbours walk with the school, through Together We Can and beyond.
Parents & guardians
Meetings, open communication and someone who will listen. Education is a partnership.
