15 Learners. 15 Futures. One Community.
Together We Can is the community scholarship initiative of Valley of Miracles Academy. It is an honest partnership between sponsors, the school, parents and the community, so that no child loses their education to poverty.
Education is the way out of the valley
Many children in this community face financial pressure serious enough to put their education at risk. Some parents and guardians have to choose between school fees and food, healthcare, water, shelter or clothing. So some children attend irregularly, some start late, and some stop coming altogether.
Together We Can takes those barriers away. The initiative raises money to cover school fees and registration costs, and where funds allow, uniforms, stationery and other essential learning materials. Every contribution is handled openly.
“When a community stands together, no child should be left behind because of poverty.” Together We Can Scholarship Initiative
A transparent partnership
The initiative runs as an honest partnership between sponsors, the school, parents or guardians, and the scholarship selection committee.
Sponsors & partners give
Individuals, businesses, churches and organisations pick a package and pay the school directly, through official channels.
The school delivers
Valley of Miracles Academy provides the education, monitors attendance, tracks progress and holds the behavioural line.
Parents & guardians commit
Families work with the school and the selection committee. They remain the child's guardians, and they are treated with dignity and discretion.
Every gift becomes education
Contributions go to the learner's education. Nothing else.
School fees & registration
The registration and term costs that keep a child in their seat.
Uniforms & shoes
Where funds allow, support extends to uniforms, shoes, exercise books, pens, pencils, textbooks and school bags.
Learning materials
Exercise books, stationery and other essentials. These are priced separately, because costs vary by age, grade and size.
Academic support & development
Learner support, academic tracking and the personal development that helps a sponsored child do well.
Sponsorship packages for individuals
You do not have to fund a whole place. Smaller contributions are pooled openly until a learner is fully covered.
| Contribution | What it supports |
|---|---|
| US$30 | Registration for one learner |
| US$50 | One quarter of a learner's term fees |
| US$100 | Half of a learner's term fees |
| US$200 | Full school fees for one learner for one term |
| US$230 | Registration and one term for one learner |
| US$600 | Full academic year fees for one learner |
| US$630 | Registration and full academic year fees for one learner |
Sponsorship can be shared: two people can support one learner at US$115 each, or four people at roughly US$57.50 each. The school can also pool smaller gifts until a learner's target is met.
Corporate partnership packages
For companies, churches, professional networks and community partners. Corporate partners may receive an appreciation certificate, acknowledgement in the annual impact report, a thank-you communication with their approval, and an invitation to the scholarship presentation.
| Partnership level | Contribution | Coverage |
|---|---|---|
| Learner Partner | US$630 | Registration and full year fees for one learner |
| Two Learner Partner | US$1,260 | Registration and full year fees for two learners |
| Five Learner Partner | US$3,150 | Registration and full year fees for five learners |
| Founding Education Partner | US$9,450 | Registration and full year fees for all fifteen learners |
Recognition never comes at the cost of a learner's dignity, privacy or safety.
Uniforms, stationery & learning materials
Sponsors can also help with:
- School uniforms and shoes
- Exercise books, pens and pencils
- Textbooks and school bags
- Other required learning materials
Costs are quoted separately, because prices move with learner age, grade, size and what suppliers charge.
Trust & accountability
Every payment into the programme goes through strict financial controls:
- Sponsor Valley of Miracles Academy directly, never an individual

Sponsorship questions, answered
How do I sponsor a child?
Pick a package, starting at US$30, and send your interest through the sponsorship form, or call 0772 789 048 or 0712 475 530. The school will share official payment details and confirm your sponsorship.
Can I support a specific learner?
Yes. Approved learners are given confidential reference codes such as TWC001. You can support a specific code, or the general fund, which goes where the need is verified to be greatest.
How do I know my contribution is used properly?
You pay the school directly and get an official receipt or written acknowledgement. After that you receive a termly attendance summary, an academic progress report, a general welfare update and an annual impact report.
Is the privacy of the learners protected?
Yes. The school never publishes children's full names, addresses, identification documents, household income details or distressing personal stories. Photographs are used only with written parent or guardian consent, and all contact with learners goes through the school.
The programme is coordinated through the school office. Call or WhatsApp 0772 789 048 or 0712 475 530.
Every child deserves a valley where miracles begin
Sponsors pay the school directly, get official confirmation, and receive termly updates on attendance, academic progress and general development. That is the difference between an appeal for donations and a scholarship programme you can trust.
